We operate a “first come first served” system and usually contact people in the order that they have contacted us. If you have left a message, we aim to call you back within 24hrs or earlier dependent on staffing and volume of calls. If it’s a straightforward or urgent query we will aim to respond during the day. Our answer machine operates 24hrs. We often give ongoing support, using a team based approach. We aim to help you understand more about SEND processes, the law and what you can do to make a difference.
We will support you to:

Feel more confident and understand the SEND process
2.
Listen to your queries/concerns and advise appropriately, either through knowing your rights, questions to ask, next steps advice or sign posting to the correct services
3.
Feel well prepared when dealing with paperwork
4.
Attendance at meetings or advising on the questions to be asking
